Reading Journal

Important: Unitl the 27th March 2020 you need to complete No. 1 and 2. Upload your document or pictures of your cover and one task on learningview.

Read the book "The Cat that Broke the Internet's Back" online. Use the link to get to the book.

If it's too easy for you, you are free to choose another book.

The tasks can be done either on paper or on the computer.

To do:

1. Read your book for 30min. Then create a cover for your reading journal. The cover has to include the following information: name of the book, name of the author, your name and a picture / drawing.

2. Read your book for 30min. Then choose one of the tasks.

Tasks

1. What do you think will happen next?

2. Copy a quote (Zitat / kurze Textstelle) and say why you like it or say your opinion.

3. Draw a person, a place, a scene from the book.

4. Introduce the main characters from the book. (at least 2)

5. Write a short summary of what you have just read.

6. What would be your favourite ending of the story? Write it down.

7. Describe the places that are mentionned in the book.

8. Find out more about the author and write a short biography.
